How can I contact customer support?

2. Ordering

How can I place an order?

Select your items, add them to cart, and complete checkout through the website. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I get help before ordering?

Yes. Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your space, preferred product, or design question, and the right support team will guide you.

3. Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards processed securely via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for approved orders.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are handled by approved third-party payment gateways. OKRA does not store full card numbers or CVV.

4. Products & Design

Do you offer interior design advice?

Yes. OKRA is a design-led brand created by interior designers, and we can help with wall styling, frame placement, and product selection. Email cs@okrabyter.com.

What materials do you use?

Our products use natural materials, primarily wood and glass. Grain, tone, and texture variation are part of the material character.

5. Pricing & VAT

Do your prices include VAT?

Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT appears at checkout before payment.

Where can I see the final total?

Your checkout summary shows product total, VAT, shipping, and the final amount before you confirm payment.

6. Delivery & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is AED 50 for orders below AED 500. Orders of AED 500 and above qualify for free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Timelines may vary during peak periods, public holidays, weather delays, or courier delays.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After dispatch, we send courier and tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

7. Installation

Do you offer installation services?

Installation is not included by default. Each order includes guidance for safe handling and placement. Extra-large or special requests are reviewed based on location and availability.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched or moved into processing.

What is your return policy?

Eligible unused, undamaged, non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, installed, or used items are not returnable.

What if I receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, OKRA may arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to the policy.

9. Additional Information

Do wood and glass products vary in appearance?

Yes. Natural variation in grain, tone, finish, and texture is expected and is not considered a defect.

How should I care for my OKRA piece?

Keep pieces indoors, avoid extended direct sunlight and liquid exposure, and clean gently with a microfiber cloth.
