1. Delivery Coverage
OKRA orders are fulfilled in the UAE through approved courier partners. Delivery availability and final address validation are confirmed during checkout and dispatch.
2. Standard Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after the order is prepared and dispatched. Business days exclude UAE public holidays.
Some made-to-order or customized pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping is AED 50 for orders below AED 500.
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Free Delivery Threshold
Orders of AED 500 and above qualify for free delivery. The delivery fee is automatically waived at checkout once the qualifying order value is reached.
5. Tracking Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with courier and tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier routing, weather, public holidays, peak periods, address confirmation, or circumstances outside OKRA's control.
We will update you if a courier delay affects your order.
