OKRA BY TÉR ("OKRA", "we", "our") is a design-led brand created by interior designers, built with a long-term vision of becoming a comprehensive home accessories and furniture brand.

1. Products & Materials
OKRA products are design-driven decorative pieces developed for interior use. Our work draws from natural materials, organic forms, and a grounded visual language.
Materials such as wood, glass, concrete, marble, and fabric may vary in grain, tone, texture, and finish. These variations are inherent to the material and are not defects. Product images are illustrative, and minor visual differences may occur.
2. Pricing
Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated without prior notice. Applicable taxes and checkout charges are displayed before payment confirmation.
3. Orders, Payments & Acceptance
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported card payments.
- Payment must be completed in full before order processing.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization and order acknowledgment.
- OKRA may cancel or decline an order due to availability, pricing errors, verification requirements, or suspected misuse.
4. Fulfillment
Orders are processed after successful payment authorization. Dispatch timelines are shown on product pages where applicable, and tracking details are provided once the order has shipped.
5. Delivery Reference
Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Current delivery terms are AED 50 for orders below AED 500 and free delivery for orders of AED 500 and above.

6. Installation Responsibility
OKRA products are sold as decorative objects for interior use. Installation services are not included by default. Customers are responsible for selecting suitable mounting methods for their wall type and environment.

7. Payments & Cardholder Security
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways, including Stripe where supported. OKRA does not store, process, or have access to full card details. Payments are subject to authorization by the card issuer and payment gateway.
8. Fraud Prevention
OKRA may delay, cancel, or refuse transactions flagged by payment processors or financial institutions for security, verification, or compliance reasons.
9. Card Statement Descriptor
Charges may appear on your bank statement as "Okra by Ter FZC".
10. Policies
These Terms should be read together with the dedicated policies below. Full returns and delivery policies are intentionally kept separate from this page.
11. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, images, branding, and designs, is the intellectual property of OKRA BY TÉR and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
OKRA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, liquid exposure, or normal wear and tear. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product where permitted by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
