1. Wood Care
- Keep indoors and away from direct sunlight for extended hours to prevent natural fading.
- Clean with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth only.
- Avoid alcohol, ammonia, bleach, and abrasive cleaners.
- For UAE humidity, maintain good room ventilation and avoid open balconies, sand wind, or water sources.
2. Glass & Mirror Care
- Wipe gently with a dry microfiber cloth or non-ammonia glass cleaner applied to the cloth.
- Prevent liquid from touching frame edges or the backboard.
- Do not apply pressure to corners and do not lift mirrors or frames by the edges.
3. Handling & Installation
- Use the provided wall hooks and ensure screws or anchors match your wall type, such as gypsum or concrete.
- Lift from the sides, not the corners.
- Do not hang extra weight on frames, hooks, pods, or accessories.
- For larger pieces, use two-person handling during installation.

4. Material Truth & Aging
Wood grain, tone, and handcrafted finish may vary slightly. This is intentional and part of the design. Minor surface marks from normal handling or material aging are not considered defects.
Over time, wood may deepen slightly in tone, developing a natural patina.
